By downloading, installing, or using the Kinnship mobile application or website (kinnship.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Kinnship.2. Description of Service
Kinnship is a family safety and senior wellness application that provides features including one-tap SOS alerts, fall detection, medication reminders, GPS location sharing, and family check-ins. Kinnship is operated by KinnectCare LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using Kinnship, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.4. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.5. Subscription and Payments
Kinnship offers a Free tier and a paid Family Plan. The Family Plan is available at $9.99/month or $99.99/year. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact [email protected].6. Emergency Features
Kinnship's SOS and fall detection features are designed to assist in emergencies but are not a substitute for professional emergency services. Kinnship does not guarantee response times or outcomes. Always call 911 directly in a life-threatening emergency.7. Location Data
By enabling location services, you consent to Kinnship collecting and sharing your GPS location with authorized members of your family group. You may disable location services at any time in your device settings.8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:Use Kinnship for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its systems
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Transmit false emergency alerts
Reverse engineer or tamper with the app9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Kinnship — including the name, logo, and design — are the exclusive property of KinnectCare LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Kinnship is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KinnectCare LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Kinnship, including but not limited to damages related to emergency response outcomes.12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings screen.13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the effective date.14. Governing Law
